Bird Song & Tea

MEET: South Parking Lot Next to playground

BRING: Cup for tea and binoculars. Water and snacks optional.

Explore the trails and boardwalks listening and watching the many birds that reside in the expansive North Creek wetlands. Also, climb the handful of trees that are mature rooted branches of GrandMother Tree.

Share your experience while enjoying some tea at picnic seating area. Port-a-Potty available at beginning of trail.

With the July new moon, stroll along the refreshing creek. Float a branch with your wishes down the Swamp Creek River. Then, gather to share stories with tea.

BRING: Towel, change of shoes, and cup for tea. Optional: Water & snacks.

EXPLORE: Nature sprouting in many forms. Scavenger hunt available. Look for our friends, coyote, raccoon, rabbit, deer, and owl.

ATTIRE: Dress for the weather. Please bring water.

MEET: At entrance, turn left at T and head north to linear parking on right side. Meet north of parking area, next to environmental building.

Heart gifts are always welcomed (e.g. herbal tea, apples/fruit, painted rocks, cards), With gratitude, Michelle.

SOLSTICE WALK

Wonder amongst the mossy Firs, Cedars, ferny Big Leaf Maples, and dancing sword ferns.

Explore Lord Hill Park’s forested trails and ponds. If you wish to follow, I guide through hidden trails and share a creative craft to leave in the forest.

10 am North Parking lot, Lord Hill Park. PARKING: There is limited parking.

MEET AT KIOSK next to portable bathrooms. (East side of parking lot)

BRING: Water. Hand sanitizer for bathroom. Snacks are optional.

WEAR: Weather appropriate clothes & hiking shoes. Be prepared for mud
